What is a ceramic membrane?

Ceramic membranes can be described as permselective barriers or fine sieves performing industrial purification processes, even under hard operating conditions, due to their high chemical and physical stability, their outstanding separation characteristics and their long working life.

Vision

Ceramet is a vision of our scientists to apply on industrial scale the know how developed in the fluid’s purification.
During the last decade the Kingdom has experienced extraordinary economic and demographic changes. Oil, petrochemicals and mining global export produced a massive budget surplus dedicated to unprecedented investments to support technology transfer and complementary fields such as scientific research and services.
Such investments will require strong partnerships between private and public sectors to sustain and capitalize economical profits and social benefits.

Mission

According to the Commercial Registration N° 1010440786 Ceramet LLC has been registered and approved in the Ministry of Commerce and Investment of Saudi Arabia as general contractor to design, build and operate desalination and water treatment plants. Ceramet LLC can act as trader to import and commercialize in the Kingdom technologies, components and containerized plants for water treatment and desalination as well.

Tens of different mega projects have been positively delivered worldwide with high quality standards certified by international bodies: RINA UNI EN ISO 14001:2004, UNI EN ISO 9001:2008 and BS OHSAS 18001:2007.
