Burj Rafal is a luxurious residential skyscraper property in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. It opened in January 2014. Its 70 floors constructed on an exclusive 20,000 sqm plot. The skyscraper has about 350 rooms and is the tallest residential building in Riyadh within an inspired, tasteful and stylish modern Najdi architecture.
This project focuses on the development requirements of Rabigh. This is currently a small coastal town which is planned to be a new industrial development center
based on the $10 billion PetroRabigh project. The city requires a massive development of the housing stock and support services including; hotels, shopping
malls, etc.
The center's area is 21,000 m2 on the Eastern Ring Road in Riyadh between Exit 16 and 17, south of the IKEA International Furniture Center. The company owns the right to benefit from the center for a period of twenty years under the lease contract signed with Ammar Real Estate Development Company.
